Urotherapy
From ancient times, folk remedies have included urine therapy across many cultures. Today urine therapy is most widely used in Hindu folk medicine. In an interview on his ninety-ninth birthday India’s former Prime Minister Morarji Desai attributed his longevity to drinking his own urine.
Here are some suggested supplies:
- Food Grade Bucket and Seat/Lid: if walking to your bathroom in the middle of the night causes you to wake up, then a solution would be to have a home made portable potty in your bedroom. This is easily stored in the corner and you can close the lid after use.
- Eye Wash Cups: very handy to have to bathe your eyes. Make sure to use one with a silicone gasket around the opening so it fits comfortably around your eyes.
- Amber Jug: to store aged urine for making urine packs. Find one with a handle for easier carrying.
- Funnel: a funnel that stays in the jug easily and can be washed.
- Organic Cotton Wool: keep things organic and used to seal the amber jugs. This is used in replacement of the jug lid in order to allow the aged urine to breathe.
- PH Testing Strips: These are very economical to get and are easy to read.

Water
A seedling grows into a tree in nature with only water and sunlight. It creates its own building blocks of life to increase in size with those two elements. The water we drink must be as pure as possible and ideally structured like it is in nature from waterfall.
Here are some suggested supplies:
- Reverse Osmosis System: this is installed under your sink counter. Beware that it does take up quite a bit of space. If you currently store your garbage bin or cleaning supplies there, you will have to relocate them. Reverse osmosis systems can be installed DIY. Alternatively, you can hire a plumber to do it for you.
- Metal Connector for RO System: many of the RO systems come with plastic connectors. This controls the water coming into the RO system. I prefer to have mine made of metal for durability. I recommend you upgrade to this as well.
- Water Distiller: if you live in a rental where you cannot install an RO system, then the next best thing would be getting a water distiller. It does use electricity to run but it is very easy to set up.
- TDS Meter: this checks for the total dissolved solids in your water. The lower the number the better. It is worth checking your tap water before and comparing it to your RO water or distilled water.
- Vortex Water Revitalizer: if you want to enjoy structured water in the shower, tap or even the whole house, you can install one of these devices. The resulting water is softer and tastes better because it turns the ‘dead’ water from the city taps to ‘live’ water.

Infrared Light
The best form of infrared light is from the sun. This light is healing and structures our water naturally. As we are beings consisting mostly of water, it is important to structure our own water with infrared light. In the winter this can be challenging, especially in Northern countries which do not get as much sunlight.
Here are some suggested options for getting more infrared light:
- Infrared Heating Pads: make sure to get ones that have low EMF radiation. These are also helpful with relieving sore muscles and menstrual cramps. I like the ones with an auto shut off feature.
- Incandescent Light Bulbs: produce infrared light that closely mimics the sun’s spectral wavelength. They are much softer and warmer than artificial lights. The best ones to have are called Rough Service bulbs. These are built to resist vibrations and have a stronger filament which also gives them a longer life span.

Eye Wear
We are not stuck with our vision. We can change it. The eyes are a muscle and you can improve it like any other muscle. Eye exercises, palming your eyes, and training your eyes on lower prescription glasses will help improve your vision.
Get yourself an eyechart and practice on it morning and night.
Start by changing your prescription very slightly by 0.25 diopters and once you feel comfortable with the new prescription, adjust it further. You don’t need to get expensive lenses. Get the cheapest ones as these are your training glasses.
You can find cheap online prescription eyewear to help you train and improve your vision.

Frequency of Clothing
Did you know that fabric has frequency?
What we wear can elevate our frequency or subdue it. Natural fibers:
- Linen 5,000Hz
- Wool 5,000Hz
- Organic Cotton 100Hz
Synthetic fibers:
- Polyester 10Hz
- Nylon 15Hz
- Spandex 20 Hz
- Acrylic 10Hz
Wool and Linen have the highest frequency. The important thing to remember is not to wear them together as their frequencies will cancel each other out.
Hospitals used to have Linen because of their anti bacterial properties. Consider changing your bedsheets to Linen for a more restful sleep.
Wool is nice to have in colder climates. Merino wool is very soft and popular brands like Icebreaker can be very expensive.
For those looking for more economical alternatives, I suggest the following:
- Merino Tech: good quality material and thicker than Icebreaker. Bonus: sometimes comes with a free pair of wool socks!

EMF
If there’s a smart meter outside your bedroom, try relocating to another room or moving your bed as far away as possible.
The best way to check your home for EMF radiation is to get an EMF meter and test for yourself. Most modern stoves emit radiation where the digital clocks are. Therefore use the stove burners closest to you to stay far away from the radiation.
If you are feeling tired while driving or always passing out on an airplane, it could be that you are severely EMF sensitive. Different vehicles have different EMF radiation levels.
If you have been using the cell phone beside your ear and notice it is hot, that is because your ear is being cooked. After using a cell phone every day for hours against my head, I noticed my speech degrading and I couldn’t pronounce certain words anymore. After reducing my EMF exposure I was able to regain my speech 8 months later.
Here’s a site that can help with identifying and reducing your EMF exposure:
Supplements
There are a few things that I know of that makes exclusion zone water (structured water) in our bodies:
- Turmeric
- Holy Basil
- Ghee
Ghee is simply clarified butter. Yes, you can get it at most grocery stores but you can also just make it at home. Look it up on YouTube, there’s lots of how to videos on this subject. All you have to do is boil a few sticks of butter in a pot and skim the foam that rises up which leaves you with clarified butter – a nice clear golden looking liquid.
Turmeric is great fresh and you can get even more value from it by fermentation. If you already do your own kraut or kimchi fermentation, you can simply bury your turmeric root in the same container and let it ferment which will enhance its bioavailability.
I like using the following:
- Fermented Turmeric Powder: powder will always give you the biggest value for your money. You can add this to your smoothie or soups.
- Fermented Turmeric Pills: good to have on hand for easy access.

Books
The most important tool we have is our ability to learn new things. There are many books that can help us along our journey of healing and longevity. Focus on books that promote mental wellbeing and a positive mindset. We are incredible beings that have the power to manifest our thoughts and what affects our thoughts are our emotions.
Here are some suggestions to add to your library:
- You can Heal your Life by Louise Hay: this is a book that has helped many beings to empower themselves with a positive mind set.
- The Law of Attraction by Ester Hicks: she’s not only a writer but also a motivational speaker. You can find her work on YouTube. She’s incredibly funny as well!

Teeth
I’ve done it and you can, too!
First – remove all sugars from your diet. This is the stuff those bacteria feeds on in order to grow. You’ll notice right away that the dark spot will stop growing if you stop feeding it.
Sugars includes all sodas, alcohol, fruit juices, candies and sweeteners.
Second – get yourself a jar of coconut oil and pour some into a 50 ml container or any small size container. Add 10 drops of Tea Tree Oil and 10 drops of Clove Oil. The Tea Tree is anti bacterial and the clove oil helps numb any toothaches you may have.
Stir the mixtures into the coconut oil. Take half a mouthful of this and swish it in your mouth for at least 20 mins. You want to push and pull this mixture through your teeth and really get it in there so it pulls out and traps bacteria in the oil.
After 20 mins, spit this out into a bag (do not spit it down your sink as it will plug up your sink). I use the Costco medium size ziplock bags and seal it up.
Then rinse out your mouth. Do this at least 3 times a day.
Third – brush your teeth with two drop’s of Lugol’s Iodine and one drop of Wild Oregano Oil. Just put these on your toothbrush along with a natural toothpaste (non fluoride) and brush your teeth twice a day with this.
Take a picture before and after 2 weeks later. You’ll see a difference!

Miscellaneous
Food Grade 35% Hydrogen Peroxide
Be very careful with this stuff. Just a few teaspoons can be lethal. This MUST BE DILUTED in water. Follow instructions carefully.
Food Grade 35% Hydrogen Peroxide degrades over time and is best stored in the freezer to prevent that. I suggest getting yourself a glass bottle dropper to pour out a small amount for your use and storing the rest in the freezer.
Dunlop Pillows
I’ve used these growing up all the time. It’s about a 3 foot long tube pillow that you can use to rest your arms and legs on while laying on your side. It’s incredibly comfortable and helps align your back at night. The best ones are made from real dunlop latex which comes from a tree. Hence the name Dunlop.

Why Love Yourself
Loving yourself is important because it forms the foundation for your emotional well-being, personal growth, and relationships with others. When you value yourself, you set healthier boundaries, make choices that support your mental and physical health, and build resilience during difficult times.
Self-love strengthens your sense of worth, allowing you to show up more confidently and authentically in the world. It also improves how you connect with others—when you treat yourself with kindness and respect, you naturally cultivate more compassion and understanding in your relationships. Ultimately, loving yourself enables you to live a more balanced, fulfilling, and empowered life.
