Infrared Light
The best form of infrared light is from the sun. This light is healing and structures our water naturally. As we are beings consisting mostly of water, it is important to structure our own water with infrared light. In the winter this can be challenging, especially in Northern countries which do not get as much sunlight.
Here are some suggested options for getting more infrared light:
- Infrared Heating Pads: make sure to get ones that have low EMF radiation. These are also helpful with relieving sore muscles and menstrual cramps. I like the ones with an auto shut off feature.
- Incandescent Light Bulbs: produce infrared light that closely mimics the sun’s spectral wavelength. They are much softer and warmer than artificial lights. The best ones to have are called Rough Service bulbs. These are built to resist vibrations and have a stronger filament which also gives them a longer life span.
