The most important tool we have is our ability to learn new things. There are many books that can help us along our journey of healing and longevity. Focus on books that promote mental wellbeing and a positive mindset. We are incredible beings that have the power to manifest our thoughts and what affects our thoughts are our emotions.
Positive emotions elevate our frequency and are literary uplifting. Happiness feels light and misery feels heavy. There’s a reason why colours seem brighter when we are in love. It’s similar to a light bulb on a dimmer switch. When you increase the light, everything in the room is brighter and when you decrease the light, the room gets darker.
How you feel will guide you and let you know if you are getting closer to your true self or further away.
